Intake Call

We begin with a conversation to learn about your goals, desired outcomes, and any specific parameters for your event. This initial session helps us understand your vision and set a roadmap for the design process.

Collaborative Discovery

Over the next several weeks, we will engage in an ongoing dialogue, using Design Thinking principles and an Agile approach to ensure flexibility and responsiveness. During this phase, we:  

  • Meet with key stakeholders and those managing the event  

  • Conduct interviews with participants and stakeholders to gather insights  

  • Ensure that participant voices are incorporated into the design process

Design & Co-Creation

Using the information collected, we co-create a learning agenda, gradually refining it into clear objectives, session outlines, and a cohesive draft agenda. This phase is highly iterative, with opportunities for feedback and revisions to ensure alignment with your expectations.

Finalization & Delievery

Once the agenda is finalized, we produce a comprehensive guide to the workshop, supporting materials, and any resources needed for a seamless delivery. Every element is thoughtfully designed to enhance participant engagement and ensure actionable outcomes

Reflection & Follow-Through

Whether you choose to facilitate internally or engage us to lead the workshop, we ensure a polished, professional experience. But our partnership doesn’t end when the workshop concludes.  

 

Post-workshop, we provide follow-up services to help your team move forward with key decisions and action items. This phase ensures that the value of the workshop is felt long after everyone goes home. We follow up on progress, support accountability, and help integrate outcomes into your team’s workflow.  

The workshop is just the beginning of an ongoing relationship. The reflection and evaluation process leads seamlessly into a regular cadence of strategic retreats and retrospective sessions, helping your team stay aligned, adjust priorities as needed, and continue growing.

I had the great privilege of working with Matt on a series of team building sessions over the course of two years.
